30-Day Confidence Window
We give you 30 days from delivery to decide if your BuzzBot machine is the right fit for your location. If it’s not, you can request a return within that window.
To be eligible:
- The machine must not have been used in a live environment
- It must remain in its original condition
- All included components must be unused
- Proof of purchase is required
Approved returns include a $500 restocking fee per machine and 15% for all accessories.
Returning Your Machine
Because these are commercial units, returns must be shipped via freight and properly secured on a pallet. Return shipping is handled by the buyer, and we strongly recommend using a trackable freight service to avoid issues during transit.
How It Works
To begin the process, reach out to our team within 30 days of receiving your machine. Once reviewed, we’ll provide instructions and next steps to complete the return.
Refund Timing
After your machine is received and inspected, refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Shipping costs from the original order are not included in the refund.
1-Year Coverage That Actually Matters
Every BuzzBot machine includes a 1-year limited warranty starting from the purchase date. This coverage is focused on what keeps your machine running and generating revenue.
Covered under warranty:
- Core mechanical components
- Internal electronics and wiring
- Sensors, motors, and control systems
- Payment hardware and connectivity systems
What Falls Outside Coverage
Certain situations aren’t included in the warranty:
- Intentional damage or misuse
- Theft, vandalism, or external incidents
- Environmental damage such as water or fire
- Work done by unauthorized repair providers
If something goes wrong within the coverage period, we’ll supply replacement parts and guide you through fixing it quickly with remote support.
Shipping & Delivery Timeline
We move fast because downtime costs money. Most BuzzBot machines are prepared and shipped within 1 to 4 business days after purchase.
Once your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive:
- Shipment tracking details
- Setup and onboarding instructions
- Access to your machine dashboard
- Payment system connection guidance
Typical transit time ranges from 4 to 10 business days, with most customers receiving their machine within 2 to 3 weeks total.
Delivery Options
All machines ship securely on pallets through freight carriers. You’ll be able to select the delivery method that fits your setup:
Liftgate (Curbside Drop-Off)
Ideal if you don’t have equipment to unload the machine.
Inside Entry Delivery
Machine is placed just inside your doorway.
Dock or Equipment Delivery
Best if you have a forklift or loading dock available.
Additional services requested after checkout may result in added charges.
If Something Arrives Damaged
While rare, shipping damage can happen. If it does, timing matters.
You must report any damage within 5 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order details
- Photos of the machine and packaging
- Notes from the delivery receipt if damage was marked
Depending on the situation, we’ll either:
- Provide replacement parts
- Offer a partial credit
- Replace the machine if necessary
