All orders are processed within 1 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

International Shipping

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. If further assistance is needed, email info@buzzbotvending.com.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
