Refund & Return Policy
We understand that investing in a vending machine is a big decision. This Returns Policy is designed to give you clarity and confidence before, during, and after your purchase.
30-Day Return Eligibility
BuzzBot accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery. This window gives you time to evaluate your machine and ensure it meets your expectations.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The machine has not been placed into operation
- The unit remains in its original condition
- All included parts, accessories, and components are unused
- The original purchase can be verified
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a $500 restocking fee per machine and 15% of accessories.
This fee covers inspection, handling, and reprocessing of the equipment once it is returned to our facility.
Return Shipping Requirements
Due to the size and nature of vending machines, all returns must be shipped via freight carrier.
You are responsible for:
- Arranging return freight
- Covering all return shipping costs
- Properly palletizing and securing the machine
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured freight service to avoid damage or loss during transit.
Return Authorization Process
Before sending any item back, you must request return approval.
To start a return:
- Contact our team within 30 days of receiving your machine
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Inspection & Refunds
Once your machine is received, it will go through a full inspection.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued within 7 to 10 business days
- The refund will be sent to your original payment method
- The restocking fee will be deducted from the total
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- The machine has been used, installed, or placed in service
- The unit has been modified or altered in any way
- The product is returned damaged due to improper packaging
- The return request is made after the 30-day window
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your machine arrives damaged or incorrect, this is handled separately from standard returns.
You must report the issue within 5 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order details
- Clear photos of the machine and packaging
- Any notes from the delivery receipt
Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, partial credit, or a full replacement.
Important Notes
- Machines must be returned in a condition suitable for resale
- Failure to properly secure the machine during return shipping may result in additional deductions
- BuzzBot reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet policy requirements
