BuzzBot Vending LLC operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, software, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with our products and Services.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access, purchase from, communicate with, or otherwise use the Services.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully. They include important information concerning warranties, limitations of liability, communications, and your legal rights.

By visiting, interacting with, purchasing from, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.

You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your customer account to another person without our permission.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our products and Services. However, colors, appearance, dimensions, packaging, specifications, or other characteristics may appear differently depending on your device, screen, configuration, manufacturing revisions, or other factors.

Product photographs, renderings, demonstrations, capacity estimates, and similar materials are provided for informational purposes and may not represent every configuration.

Product capacity may vary depending on product dimensions, packaging, coil size, lane configuration, and other physical factors.

We reserve the right to update product specifications, designs, features, software, pricing, or availability without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

We may discontinue products or limit quantities available to any person, business, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

Section 3 - Business and Commercial Use

BuzzBot vending machines and related products may be purchased for personal, business, or commercial purposes.

If you use our products as part of a business, vending operation, resale operation, venue placement, or other commercial activity, you are responsible for operating that business in compliance with applicable laws, rules, licenses, permits, taxes, contracts, and venue requirements.

Purchasing a machine, ID scanner, payment system, or other product from BuzzBot does not by itself guarantee that a particular vending placement or business activity is legally permitted in your jurisdiction.

We do not provide legal, tax, or regulatory advice.

Section 4 - Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products or Services in your order.

BuzzBot reserves the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where permitted by law.

An order is not considered accepted until we confirm the order and process the applicable payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may not be able to accommodate modification or cancellation requests after an order has been processed or shipped.

If we cancel or materially change an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, phone number, billing information, or other contact information provided with the order.

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy.

Section 5 - Prices, Billing, and Payment

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

The price charged for a product or Service will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is submitted, subject to correction of errors or inaccuracies.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, product prices do not include shipping, handling, customs duties, import fees, or other third-party charges.

BuzzBot currently does not add sales tax to customer orders unless collection is required by applicable law or otherwise displayed at checkout.

If a tax is required to be collected by law, the applicable amount may be added to the order.

You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete payment and account information.

You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method submitted in connection with an order.

Section 6 - Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, severe weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, governmental actions, incorrect customer information, or events outside our reasonable control.

Products included in the same order may ship separately and may arrive at different times.

Tracking information may be provided when available.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import charges, brokerage fees, or other destination-country charges unless otherwise expressly stated.

Risk of loss and title may pass to the customer as permitted by applicable law and the applicable shipping arrangement.

Section 7 - Vending Machine Placement and Compliance

You are responsible for determining whether your intended machine placement, products, payment configuration, age-verification configuration, permits, licenses, and business operations comply with applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, local, and venue requirements.

Requirements for vending age-restricted products may vary based on jurisdiction, venue, product type, customer age, licensing requirements, and other factors.

An ID scanner or age-verification system is a technology feature and does not constitute a guarantee of legal compliance.

You should consult appropriate legal, regulatory, tax, licensing, or compliance professionals when necessary.

Section 8 - Software and Third-Party Services

Certain BuzzBot products may operate with or rely on software, payment processors, telecommunications providers, cloud services, or other third-party services.

Use of BuzzBot software may also be subject to a separate software license agreement, EULA, subscription agreement, or other applicable terms.

Third-party products and services, including payment-processing services, may be governed by the third party's own agreements, fees, privacy policies, eligibility requirements, and terms.

We do not control third-party service availability, processing decisions, network availability, settlement timing, or account approval decisions.

Section 9 - Intellectual Property

Our Services, including trademarks, brands, logos, product names, software, text, displays, images, graphics, videos, audio, website content, designs, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to BuzzBot Vending LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, copy, store, transmit, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our protected content without prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or a license to BuzzBot's trademarks, copyrighted materials, software, trade dress, designs, or other intellectual property except as expressly provided.

BuzzBot names, logos, machine names, product names, designs, and slogans may be trademarks or other protected intellectual property of BuzzBot Vending LLC.

Shopify's trademarks and other third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Section 10 - Optional and Third-Party Tools

We may provide access to tools, services, integrations, payment systems, software, financing providers, telecommunications services, or other features provided by third parties.

Third-party tools may be provided "as is" and "as available" and may be governed by separate terms.

Your use of third-party tools is subject to the applicable provider's requirements and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.

The Services may contain links to websites, applications, or online services operated by third parties.

We are not responsible for examining, monitoring, or guaranteeing the content, accuracy, security, availability, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.

If you access a third-party website or service, you do so subject to that provider's terms and policies.

Section 12 - Relationship with Shopify

BuzzBot is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the online Services.

Purchases made from our store are transactions between you and BuzzBot Vending LLC.

Shopify is not the seller of BuzzBot products and is not responsible for our products, warranties, customer service, shipping, or transactions, except for Shopify's own obligations relating to the services it independently provides.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify provides ecommerce infrastructure and related technology used by our store.

Section 13 - Privacy Policy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because our ecommerce Services are hosted by Shopify, certain information may also be processed by Shopify in accordance with Shopify's privacy practices.

Section 14 - SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by or on behalf of BuzzBot Vending LLC.

Customers may consent to receive SMS communications through verbal consent during a telephone call or through another approved opt-in method.

For example, if you request information that can be provided by text, a BuzzBot representative or automated telephone assistant may ask:

"Would you like me to text that to the number you're calling from?"

No SMS message will be sent through this verbal-consent flow unless you provide affirmative consent.

By consenting to receive an SMS message from BuzzBot Vending LLC, you authorize us to send the requested message to the mobile number associated with your consent.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or Service.

Consent to receive one requested message does not automatically enroll you in recurring marketing messages.

If you separately enroll in recurring or promotional SMS communications, message frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may reply STOP to opt out of SMS communications where supported.

You may reply HELP for assistance where supported.

Your SMS consent and opt-in information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

SMS opt-in information and consent records will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may use telecommunications providers and other service providers as necessary to deliver requested messages on our behalf.

Section 15 - Telephone Calls and Automated Assistance

BuzzBot may use automated systems, artificial-intelligence-assisted systems, telephone technology, or human representatives to answer calls and provide customer service, sales assistance, technical support, and other Services.

Where permitted by applicable law and after appropriate notice, telephone calls may be recorded or transcribed for purposes such as customer service, quality assurance, training, security, compliance, and technical troubleshooting.

Use of an automated assistant does not change your rights under these Terms or our Privacy Policy.

Section 16 - Feedback

If you submit ideas, suggestions, reviews, proposals, feedback, photographs, videos, comments, or other materials regarding BuzzBot or the Services, you grant BuzzBot a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise use that Feedback for legitimate business purposes, subject to applicable law.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the Feedback and that your submission does not violate another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Feedback you submit.

We may remove Feedback where permitted by law if we believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of another party.

Section 17 - Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Information made available through the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, specifications, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, inventory, availability, or other matters.

We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies and to update information where permitted by law.

If an error materially affects an order, we may contact you regarding correction, modification, or cancellation of the affected order.

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.

You may not use the Services to:

• Interfere with the operation of the Services.

• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Collect personal information about others without authorization.
• Use the Services for fraudulent, unlawful, or malicious activity.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where permitted by law, including for violations of these Terms, fraud, security concerns, nonpayment, misuse, or unlawful activity.

You remain responsible for amounts properly due before termination.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including provisions relating to intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute matters, privacy, and other continuing obligations.

Section 20 - Disclaimer of Warranties

The information presented through the Services is provided for general informational purposes.

Except for warranties expressly provided by BuzzBot in a separate written warranty policy or product-specific warranty, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the website, software, communications systems, integrations, payment services, internet connections, or third-party services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.

Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Section 21 - Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BuzzBot Vending LLC and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, loss of data, replacement costs, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of the Services or products.

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BuzzBot Vending LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable legal expenses resulting from:

• Your unlawful use of the Services.
• Your violation of applicable law.
• Your violation of another person's rights.

Your obligations under this section apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

These Terms, together with applicable policies, product terms, software agreements, warranty policies, and other agreements incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing your use of the applicable Services.

Section 25 - Assignment

You may not transfer or assign these Terms or your rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

BuzzBot may assign or transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, corporate reorganization, or other lawful business transaction.

Section 26 - Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to the Services will be governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Subject to applicable law, disputes may be brought in courts having jurisdiction in or serving Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

Section headings are provided for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect the interpretation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, technology, policies, or legal obligations.
