How To Mount Vape Vending Machine On Wall

Mounting your BuzzBot vape and zyn vending machine securely is essential for keeping it safe, accessible, and ready for business. Whether you have a Baby Bot, MightyBot or a Super Bot, the mounting process is exactly the same.

Here is a straightforward guide to getting your machine up on the wall quickly and safely.

While the video tutorial demonstrates a drywall installation using a lift jack, this guide covers everything you need to know to get your machine safely mounted on almost any surface, with or without specialized lifting equipment.

1. Remove the Wall Mount from the Machine Before you do anything else, you need to detach the mounting bracket from the back of the machine.

  • Start by unscrewing the security screw that holds the mount in place. Be sure to keep this screw in a safe place, as you will need it later.
  • To take the mount off, simply slide it so the bolts line up with the larger keyholes, and it will pull right off.

2. Prep the Wall and Drill Your Holes Place the empty wall mount against the wall and use a leveler to ensure it sits perfectly straight. Mark the locations for your holes, and then prepare your wall based on the material you are drilling into:

  • For Drywall: Drill into the marked spots. If you can't hit wall studs, you must use heavy-duty drywall anchors to support the weight of the machine. For snap-toggle style anchors, insert them into the wall, pull the tab to straighten the anchor on the back side of the drywall, push the collar in, pull it tight, and snap the excess plastic tabs off.
  • For Brick, Concrete, or Cinderblock: Drill your holes to the appropriate depth and use heavy-duty concrete anchors (such as sleeve anchors, wedge anchors, or masonry screws like Tapcons) to secure the mounting bracket firmly to the wall.

3. Lift and Secure the Machine Because these machines are heavy, you have two options for lifting them safely into place:

  • Option A: Using a Lift Jack (As seen in the video) Place the vending machine on a lift jack and carefully pump it up to the height of the mount. Push the machine against the wall, adjusting the height until the bolts on the back of the machine line up perfectly with the holes on the mounted bracket.
  • Option B: The Two-Person Lift If you don't have a jack, this step requires two capable people. Have one person on each side of the machine. Bend at the knees to lift safely, communicate clearly, and carefully raise the machine to the wall mount. Guide the machine against the wall until the bolts slide securely into the bracket's keyholes.

4. Lock It In

  • Once the machine is resting safely on the wall mount, grab the security screw you set aside earlier.
  • Screw it back into its hole to lock the machine to the mount.
  • Finally, carefully lower and remove your jack (if you used one). You're good to go!
