This extended warranty provides additional protection for eligible vending machines after the original 1-year manufacturer warranty has ended. Coverage includes remote troubleshooting and replacement parts for qualifying issues. On-site service is not included. If a covered issue cannot be resolved with replacement parts, the machine may be replaced with a new or refurbished unit.
What’s Included
Remote troubleshooting within 1 business day of receiving a claim
Replacement parts for approved warranty issues
Step-by-step installation instructions for customer self-installation
Prepaid return label for defective parts that must be sent back
Machine replacement if the issue is covered and cannot be repaired with replacement parts
What’s Not Included
On-site labor, technician visits, or in-person repairs
Cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, vandalism, power surges, electrical issues, water damage, improper installation, or use outside of the machine’s intended specifications
Theft, loss, software subscription fees, SIM cards, or data plan fees
Shipping Policy
Replacement Parts
Ground shipping is included within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping may be available at the time of the claim for an additional cost:
2-Day Shipping: $35 per shipment
Overnight Shipping: $75 per shipment
Full Machine Replacement
Standard curbside freight shipping is included within the contiguous United States for approved full-unit replacements. Additional freight services, including liftgate, inside delivery, appointment delivery, or special handling, will be billed at cost.
For international customers, any duties, taxes, customs fees, freight overages, or additional shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
How the Warranty Process Works
Submit a warranty claim with the machine serial number, photos, videos, logs, or any other requested information.
Our team will review the claim and begin troubleshooting within 1 business day.
If replacement parts are approved and in stock, they will ship the next business day by standard ground shipping unless expedited shipping is selected.
Any defective parts requested for return must be sent back within 30 days using the provided prepaid return label.
Coverage Details
Extended warranty coverage begins after the original 1-year manufacturer warranty expires. The warranty must be purchased at the time of sale or within 30 days of delivery.
Coverage is sold per machine and will be assigned to one specific serial number. Warranty coverage cannot be transferred to another machine unless approved in writing.
By purchasing this extended warranty, the customer agrees to the applicable Service Contract Terms.
