What is included?
A Nayax VPOS Touch card reader, vending coils, Wi-Fi hardware, a wall-mount bracket, and two spare motors. You’ll also receive 4 months of BuzzBot Software, guided onboarding and installation support, a 1-year warranty, and a 30-day return period.
Which payment methods does it accept?
It accepts all major credit and debit cards, including swipe, contactless tap, and EMV chip payments, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How do I get paid?
Sales are paid directly to your connected bank account through Nayax on a weekly basis. Each Friday, Nayax deposits your sales from the previous Friday through Thursday, minus applicable card processing fees. You can monitor transactions and revenue in real time through the BuzzBot dashboard. BuzzBot never touches or handles your sales funds.
What warranty and return coverage is included?
Your machine is protected by a 1-year comprehensive warranty covering components, electronics, software, and the card reader. If an issue cannot be resolved, the machine may be replaced when necessary. Returns are accepted within 30 days as long as the machine is unused and in its original condition.
